The Men’s Ministry exists to reach every man in our community with the Gospel, deepen the bond between brothers in Christ and strengthen the Christian walk of each man in our community. We meet regularly for an informal fellowship breakfast. We also have guest speakers come to First Baptist Sanlando to speak to our men's group.
The Women’s Ministry meets monthly and is involved in missions and ministry projects throughout the year including Operation Christian Child, the Central Florida Fair, as well as home and international missions. Other regular women’s programs include Secret Sisters, Thursday Women’s Bible Study, and Lose for Life support group.

Our deacons serve the spiritual and physical needs of those in our church family by working alongside our pastors to care for our congregation. Deacons provide leadership, care, and ministry throughout the year in our worship services as well as in special projects such as our benevolence ministry and the Thanksgiving Gift Baskets to shut-ins. If you of know someone who could use a visit please contact us.
This is a major outreach ministry of First Baptist Sanlando Springs. We reach out in several ways to the community on local, national, and international levels. With one overriding purpose, show the love of our Lord Jesus Christ wherever possible, to the glory of God.

The children's ministry at First Baptist Church Sanlando Springs is for children in 1st through 6th grade. Through a program of weekly Bible study and other activities (such as our Wednesday Kids Club, Vacation Bible School, and Fall Festival) we seek to partner with parents in developing a moral compass in the lives of children set by Jesus Christ.
Childcare for preschoolers and infants is provided during most of our services, Children's Worship (1st through 6th grade) is offered on Sunday mornings, and our special Children's program for all ages is Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm. Don’t forget to check the church calendar for the latest upcoming events.

There are small groups for all ages meeting for Bible study on Sunday morning at 9 am. These groups offer a varied approach to studying scripture: book-by-book through the Bible, topical, and our Barnabas Class is biblically-based support group for adults. The Sunday worship experiences (10:30 am and 6:00 pm), as well as, the Wednesday service at 6:30PM also provide Bible-based messages by our senior pastor and special guests.
This ministry is built on Jesus' command to "go and make disciples". We offer a variety of discipleship groups on Sunday evenings at 6:00 to equip believers to live out our Christian life in faithful effectiveness.

The Worship Ministry strives to help bring the congregation and each other into a deeper more vital relationship with the Lord. Adult men and women are invited to participate in The Sanctuary Choir which rehearses every Wednesday at 7:30 pm. The Choir presents musicals annually at Christmas and Easter.
We also take time to reach out to the elderly in the local area with our worship ministry at different times throughout the year. We travel to many of the local assisted living facilities to spread the love and joy of our lord through the singing of Christmas carols and hymns.

Sanlando’s student ministry empowers teens in our walk with Christ. We want to be over-comers in a culture that wants to pressure us into it’s mold. We believe in an all-powerful God who desires a relationship with us and all of creation. As we draw closer to Him, we draw closer to one another, forming a community of students, parents, and volunteers who are committed to being part of the body of Christ in the world.
We meet on Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. for equipping in the Word, and then on Wednesdays at 6:30 we hang out in the student center for fun, food, and spirit shaping (2 Corinthians 3:18
). Join us if you’re ready to roll (Luke 9:23
).
